It's a free service that gets people to share something that you want shared with very little effort on their part. The way it works is that you write the message that you want shared in the box on the site, click the "Generate" button to create a custom link, then simply share the link.
You can say something as simple as "Please share this link by clicking here" with the link, and you're done.
Clicktotweet is free, and even though it's in beta, it still works pretty well. And don't forget those hashtags!
